ASAP Rocky turned down a 180 days in jail plea deal and could potentially face up to 24 years by taking his case to trial.

That's another reason I don't be doing crimes. Nikka did thast shyt in 2021 and its 2025 and he still gotta deal with that shyt. I bet whatever that bullet hit in 2021 has already been fixed.

ASAP should be in court like :yeshrug: "This is old azz shyt, your honor!" and the judge should dimiss the case with prejudice in exchange for Rihanna nudes :ehh:

in cali the PC yards have gangs too....

im not exactly sure about country lockup, but im sure theres nikkas still pulling nikkas cards cuz killers and deviants hit pc too

he can get seperated...but he can still get touched (pause)

he would have to walk in with his chest out to get through the lil time regardless...

:francis:

going from changing timezones like socks to stuck in LA county jail would be a mental shock
I mean Tory lanez is surviving

What’s the difference?

Typically a plea deal stays on the table. They can do whatever they want though.

Look at thuggs trial. Longest trial in Georgia history I believe and still ended in a plea deal. Which got better as time went on
Typically it does not. Usually the defendant is given a limited time in which to accept. Once trial starts, as it has here, the offer usually gets worse. If the prosecutor is not crazy about the case, it is possible to get the same deal, maybe even a better one if its a sh!!ty case. But once they have to put in the work of calling witnesses to come to court, picking a jury and whatever else, they need to prepare for trial, they usually feel like the defendant shouldn't get the same offer as he did before they did all that.

Yes because they were blatantly losing and the judge saved them from a mistrial over 10 times, from all angles it was looking like they were gonna lose, thug just folded from being locked up for so long.

That whole case was moreso a campaign move for the D.A. than anything, not the best example since they just wanted those pleas for the optics

In Rocky's case I don't think the court is super pressed to get a conviction for any political reasons like Georgia was, this might be the lightest plea he gets

Exactly

With that thug case they were just desperate for him specifically because he was supposed to be the head of the RICO, his plea agreement meant way more to everyone involved than this shyt rocky got going on

These fools are more concerned about their ability to travel internationally with a conviction on their record than stayin out of prison for as long as possible . :mindblown:
