Apparently Relli is the only witness at the scene saying that Rocky shot the gun, the bullets that Relli gave to the police didn’t match Rocky’s gun, and Rocky is also claiming the weapon was a prop gun.

No injuries, no other witnesses claiming he shot the gun, only issue is pulling it out on camera. Rocky has a good chance at beating it, especially since it’s 2 men and not man vs woman.

That’s not what he was charged for. Granted they could always come back with a lesser included offense if that’s feasible here. But it’s really he-say, she-say unless they’ve got a smoking gun no one knows about.

Saw the video, I don't see anything that says a gun was fired. I don't even think there was audio. Does the victim have a medical report? Was there she'll casings found to prove that the gun was even discharged?

In the cases of Majors and Lanez, when they are willing to plead you out for next to nothing, it's usually better to take it.

Lanez would have skated with a zero time plea deal and community service. But he got a hard 10. Also, trial is where all the embarrassing and incriminating shyt comes out. Prosecutors have no obligation to disclose everything at the prelim. It's just enough to get it bound for trial.
