Saw the video, I don't see anything that says a gun was fired. I don't even think there was audio. Does the victim have a medical report? Was there she'll casings found to prove that the gun was even discharged?

There's no video of him shooting. Prosecutors say they have video with noises they think sounds like gun shots.

10 police officers searched the scene and found no evidence of a shooting. After hearing that Relli claims he went back to scene and found 2 shell casings that he gave to the police. Police found registered guns at Rocky's home. None of the casings matched the guns.

Don't think Relli saw medical attention but he claims his knuckle was as grazed.
