There’s a reason Crysis is still an outlier.
Because it hasn’t happened since.
You’re in complete denial.

Microsoft signing Antonio Brown?
Unlike you, I’ve been calling out cross gen trash since the start.
Y’all have been pretending it’s great. And PC gamers have been acting like they’ve been getting anything more than higher resolution console games since 2007.
Enjoy paying thousands… for slightly higher resolution.
Not a single game will ever take full advantage of that 4080.
Facts. Don’t even try to deny it. Just trying to justify your purchase

this post straight out of 2010Its hilarious just how misinformed... no... lost yall are on this subject.
But thank you proving my point without even realizing it.
The reason ray tracing and 4k consoles can "max out" these modern cards... is BECAUSE no dev is making games for these cards/hardware specifically. They are making console games, then porting them over to PC. They then run at higher res/frame rate. Thats it.
The second a developer decides to makes an AAA, high budget, PC exclusive game from the GROUND UP, it will blow away everything you've ever seen. Like Crysis did back in 2007.
Thats why I still bring up Crysis. Because it has NOT happened since.
What am I saying thats wrong?
I cant believe i'm in a forum full of gamers and I have to break this shyt down to yall, like you're 5.
Embarrassing

Lmao. Heres a fact for you: No game that exists on both consoles and PC is taking full advantage of PC hardware. No matter what fluff they try to sell you, they still have to deal with consoles as the lowest common denominator.Battlefield3 took full advantage of pc hardware.. you have no clue of what your talking about
Fortnite pc....Upon its release, TLOU 2 was the best looking game out. Looked better than anything your PC could throw at it. Regardless of the specs.
Same went for Horizon Forbidden West, and many other console games.
Thats because these games had a talented studio behind them, along with a high budget.
This is not happening in the PC space.
No one is taking the financial risk to make a PC exclusive, high budget, AAA game in 2023. So games aren't taking real advantage of the hardware. It just doesn't happen.
Do your research you dumb mothafukkka.
Now show me a game. You cant.

Crysis was the last game to do it on an AAA level.
