once again, youve proven my point.so very helpful you are.:yes:youve already been whooped.yall aint saying nothing. barely anybody is tackling any topics on yall end. its mostly cheerleading & chit talking.and when yall do try to say something, you have to move the goal posts.never saw it.i remember wutang already being washed by the time that movie came out tho.word?what lines were aimed at rza? i think i have an idea. its prolly the lines that i thought assumed were aimed at dj paul & juicy j.

are we seriously using this card?

bone thugs were known before they came out?

we gonna act like eazy-e wasnt semi-blackballed at the time?

we gonna act like wutang didnt have their own primetime mtv special before their album even started selling?

we gonna act like wutang didnt have alot more promotion, exposure & propaganda behind them than bone thugs?

we gonna act like bone thugs werent getting slighted by the media their whole career? the same media that worshipped wutang?

bone thugs were the ones at disadvantage in this race buddy. AND THEY STILL WON.

:wtf: Told ya'll. This nikka don't know what the fukk he's talmbout :heh:

by 1999, even the east coast had moved on from wutang. sorry to break the news to you. '99 east coast hip-hop revolved around dmx, nas, jay-z, ruff ryders, rocafella, mobb deep, noreaga and them.

meth & ghost were still semi-poppin. thats about it.

and i dont know what the hell youre talking about with the rest of this post. lol.

I ain't sayin wu-tang aren't legendary. But the west coast wasn't really bumpin the Wu like that. But we were definitley supportin Bone thugs tho. I think it just came down to the type of production being the factor. Smoother, laid back beats , the harmonizing couple with the fact that they had the Eazy E cosign helped a lot too. I have always supported Bone thugs more than the Wu :manny:

i feel where you coming from i fcked with bone for a while but that fast rapping gets tiredsome after a while...when it was new it was dope but once you got crucial conflict and a couple other groups trying to be bone sh1t got wack...and then add the copying twistas style element n1ggas out here got bored with that sh1t...they have some classic songs and i like 2 of their albums i even had their very 1st album when they were kids with that wack ass cover...im not hating on bones just pointing out the lies of what are some saying on this board sh1t got ridicoulous after a while n1ggas really start to beleive the lies...

i didnt say they stopped getting money. i just said that they were no longer poppin.

they became a white peoples' group by that point. theyre still eating off of white folks to this very day.

lol @ the thought of niccas rockin wu-wear in 1999.

edit: i remember my pops had a pair of wutang jean shorts around that time. he got em for cheap at marshall's for like 10 bucks.

the west is a gangsta rap indoctrinated scene. you guys grew up on a perversion of hip hop essentially that took blaxploitation to new heights.

Thats where you  With Bone its more than just "fast rap".. the multisyllabes, combined with the harmonizing and tongue twisting is what makes bone unique and why motherfukkers till this day like Drake, Future, Ludicrous stay emulating some form of their style.. aint nobody trying to imitate wu tang in this day and age
