Honestly,there will hardly be any objectivity from both sides in here If Wu was so called a 2nd rate group and their music wasn't great, then what was the point in drawing a comparison I was a fan of both groups in 90's, had Bone first 3 albums and Wu' s first two. It's funny the threadstarter thought he could rack up his stats by making this thread that went platinum on sohh years ago. Thing is, that was years ago. Back then there probably...PROBABLY... was still some type of debate. Even though, back then, it still was clear Wu had the bigger and better impact on the game, but it wouldn't be jaw droppingly stupid to debate the two groups. Now, in 2013, it's just stupid to even try to compare Bone with Wu. Wu already cemented themselves as hip hop and global icons and have some type of relevancy, and Bone are almost nowhere to be found. No big time guest appearances. No albums. None of the members are making waves with business ventures. And the threadstarter should've realized this. His attempt at getting a diamond thread is gonna be futile cause too many people know the truth, Bone fan or not.

I didn't say they listen to them. I said they know much about them, and look at them as hip hop legends. Damn near every rapper they listen to have had a Wu member on a track or have namedropped them on tracks. None of them know who the fukk Bone Thugs are.
