Hell naw my dawg. shyt ain't gotta be super lyrical to be enjoyable, you listen to shut like Mr 17.5 or What you talking bout "living my life, and imma get it all, no matter the price

"When I did it you know I done it the best, sit back and just hold your breath"

nikka that song alone was lifetime motivation

Come on dawg. Ain't nothing about this shyt here that's wack. It's plenty of wack nikkas like Rich Homie Quan or them trash ass Migos nikkas. You blowed as hell bro.

It aint got to be super lyrical. I agree with this. Everyone isn't Rakim or G rap, but it definitely has to be better than that bullshyt bar you posted. I remember when Jeezy dropped. It was maybe 2 months before I finally heard a song. I kept hearing everyone talking about him so I finally downloaded a track and thought it was a goddamn joke. At this point, I knew hip hop was in a place that was long gone from the 80s and 90s. I've always thought he was garbage. Dope beats, but that's all anyone cares about now anyway. Here we are about 19 years later, Thug Motivation 101 doesn't get the props TODAY as DangerDoom or Be (though it was more popular than the 2 back then). That Def Jam marketing machine is a mf.

That was the hook nikka! :what:

Literally one of the most motivational hooks I can remember.

Yea bro. You blowed my nikka lol.

"What you talking bout, LIVING MY LIFE, AND IMMA GET IT ALL, NO MATTER THE PRICE. WHEN I DID IT YOU KNOW I DONE IT THE BEST, SIT BACK AND JUST HOLD YOUR BREATH"

What you talking bout "Changing the game, and show you half these rapping ass nikkas is lanes. When I did it you know I done it the best, sit back and just hold your breath "

Sorry breh. That's one of the hardest hooks ever 🤷🏾‍♂️

Them nikkas are literal garbage 🤣. No style, no wuotables, nobody can quote a single line from a verse of ANY of their music.

Them nikkas are garbage and always have been garbage.

I actually liked his early more basic flow like on Can’t Ban the Snowman but you gotta give him credit for stepping up his pen tremendously throughout his career. For someone pushing the “I’m not a rapper” shyt he did clearly work on his bars over the years. He raps way different than when he came out and is way more versatile

He wasn’t one of those dudes who was gonna kill you with double entendres and crazy rhyme schemes but he always knew how to say some poignant shyt with the right energy :wow:

Lmao nikka how old are you :mjlol:
38 on Saturday.

If you know me you know I been plugged with rap nikkas for years and I first logged on here (SOHH) to promote my mans music.

I've been in the studio with a lot of the nikkas that was in Detroit around that time. I got Juvenile and BG phone numbers still in my Google account lol. I been with Buck multiple times and met Tony Yayo once around 06.

Trust me bro. I been out here.

But musically, nobody gives a fukk about Migos or a damn Rich Homie Quan.

Come on breh.

POST ONE SINGLE KNOWN QUOTABLE 🤣🤣🤣

THAT shyt US IMPOSSIBLE WUTH THEM WACK ASS nikkaS BREH.

CONE ON MAN SMH.

Them nikkas don't even rap or have a style of delivery. It's just jibberish behind a beat. Always have been.
