Those post moves and hook shots. :mjcry:

Meanwhile every big these days is being told to be a midrange shooter because they don't want time setting them up in the post.

Dont act like you appreciate bigs, we've all seen how Shaq and Pau were treated :dame:

Breh you can make all the jokes you want and shyt on whatever you want, but never put me in with those that disrespected on Pau. :stopitslime:

I watched what we were before him and those struggle years after Shaq, I know what he brought to the table and I appreciate him helping win two titles. There's a reason I'll never respect Pringles again and it's because he put his system over his players and his treatment of Pau was pathetic. From taking him out of all his sweet spots, to forcing him to be a 3 point shooter and a long two point spot up shooter, to benching him. It was some unforgivable coaching. And ya I was mad at other Laker fans too for the disrespect and always wanting him to be moved for some terrible pieces, the only trade I thought was justified was the CP3 one for obvious reasons.

I also watched my fair share of Showtime Lakers and know what Kareem brought to the table as well. You think after watching these bigs I can't appreciate post play and can live with shyt like Roy Hibbert's ass struggling just to stay on two feet without falling. :francis:

Shaq disrespect is warranted because of lazy he was and how much potential he wasted. Even you gotta be mad that he didn't go down as GOAT when he had all the potential in the world to be just that. :yeshrug:

No, I'm not mad at Shaq for not being the greatest basketball player ever, I appreciate what he was and how good he was :martin:

He's one of the top 10 best players to ever walk the earth, disrespect a dude that gave you three titles? I'm from Harlem, we don't do that :dame:

You can appreciate a player while also condemning them for not striving to be greater. He coasted his way to greatest to a degree. :yeshrug:

I'm not saying he wasn't one of the best ever nor that he wasn't the best player on those teams nor that he wasn't the biggest factor in us winning three titles, what I'm saying is he could have been more. Hard not to feel that way as a Lakers fan when you got Kobe doing everything he can be to be the greatest while Shaq doesn't even what to recovery unless it's on company time because the injury was on company time. :francis:

I'm just stating the truth.

I appreciated Shaq for being more dominant and a better player than Duncan in his Laker days. That's all that really mattered back then. :sas2:

You're just speaking with a heart full of hate :beli:
Duncan had better numbers in their head to head matchups, playoffs & regular season:smugfavre:

Nah, I don't hate Shaq. He did too much for us to ever hate him, I always just wanted more from him.

As far as head to head matchups in the playoffs:

Duncan: 25.6 on 48.5% shooting, 13 boards, 3.8 assists, 2.4 blocks, with 3.8 turnovers in 42 MPG
Shaq: 22.4 on 52.6% shooting, 12.8 boards, 2.2 assists, 2.6 blocks, with 2.8 turnovers in 37.9 MPG.

Slightly better stats in more minutes on worse efficiency and these numbers include the 5 game series they had in Phoenix where Shaq never even cracked 20 points in a game.

Oh and what really matters: 14-11 playoff record against Duncan for Shaq when he was on the Lakers. :blessed:

Playoff record is 15-15 if you include the Suns series. I don't fukk those fakkits. :pacspit:

Efficiency matters for the big men in this particular discussion. Let's not stray into other topics involving other players. :whoa:
