We need to make sure that we raise the majority of this, and each subsequent generation, to be able to lead successfully.

We don't need a LEADER to carry us. What we need is LEADERS which is a group of people working together under a code.

right so just throw a whole bunch of random people in a room to perform a task, and what happens?

Someone always takes the lead its just nature, some people are born leaders.

Leaders that believe what the whole group believes, takes input from the members and makes the best choice to advance the group.

Yes i agree we need to accountability at home and everyone needs to advance our cause, but saying a good leade could do nothing to advance us is either jaded from the wannabe "leaders" now, or just ignorant of how well it worked in the past.

Thats because Black people have allowed every cac from politicians to social scientists to tell them what a Black person is and is not..yes, the c00ns dont help but can be sorted out.

We simply need a new definition for what constitutes as Black..there is a census, and the argument has to be made that it has to be based on science and not politics. the idea that people can just blurt out whatever race or ethinicity they desire to be and be allowed to be that is stupid and costing us.
Id propose that the census itself in the boxes for family demand the race of both parents and the determination done there, not me writing whatever when Im something else.

Also with older Black leaders not naturally stepping aside, could create a more militant approach from the new breh's to separate themselves from the passive approach of JJ and AS..

I agree with your sentiments regarding how Blacks are too accepting of mixed/bi-racial people. We should have a clear racial identification code, like everyone else, and honestly something akin to how Italian mobs defined the criteria for being made: Do both of your parents have 100% Italian blood? Yes, OK. No? we don't care how you try to twist it, the most you can be is an associate. As an extension towards race, I can't imagine someone Black having a child with an Asian individual and the resulting child being called 100% Asian; I don't see why some people try to make this so complicated for Black people.

As for the benefits of being black... we age well and generally all of our health problems are just lifestyle issues. There's some other stuff too.

The focus is not on technology, economics, etc..

The focus should be on division and labels on different types of black people. ... even the ones who grew up with us , are down for us, and look and define as black

And this will help the social economic conditions of blacks in amerikka?
