All the real old black leaders were killed off or were sabotaged like Marcus Garvey. We still got some real ones out there but they dont get any attention shout out to Boyce Watkins

The ones we are left with now are for assimialtion and wanting to be accepted by white people. What we need imo is black exclusion and making a segregated community where we own our own businesses and hire our own people. I respect Jay-z for Tidal and Oprah for owning her own network but they need to be building Jobs in mostly black neighborhoods where everyday black kids with a high school diploma can work straight out of highschool .

We need to make sure that we raise the majority of this, and each subsequent generation, to be able to lead successfully.

We don't even have an agenda and we are talking about leaders. It's far too early to be talking about this. We need to have a goal and an agenda set in mind on what it takes for African Americans to progress as a collective. As long as we have such an individualistic mindset, we won't have a leader, I do see things starting to shift but over the course of the next decade or too we need to move in a positive direction. We need cut out the single motherhood, we need to wean ourselves off of government assistance. We need to pursue education and we need to continue to learn about our glorious history, our contributions, we need to love ourselves and refine our battle against injustice and employ the strategies that have made us successful in the past.
