I watched the oscar screener for the free the other day. shyt was just aight. Muth fukkas talking about it was the best Sci fi film in decades, nah. It has excellent cinematography and the story starts out strong, but as the mystery starts to unravel shyt turns into a quasi lifetime movie with Sci fi elements. 2 1/2 stars.

Climax was pure garbage and required a leap of faith to accept

Their language allowed them to see the future.

Then revealed it again 30 minutes before the ending like the audience didnt get it yet
Then again 15 minutes before the ending like the viewers a complete idiot
Then again as the movie ended for good measure?

I was really flabbergasted. Amy Adams was good though
