You write this long-winded post and STILL provided NO EVIDENCE

I don't want to engage in a debate with emotions, and anger,...I am fascinated with crime from serial killers, to sexual predators, As a 14 year old kid I read FBI profiling book on sexual sadists, brutal killers, learned the difference between M.O and signature killers, studied the Jon Benet Ramsey case, read about Jack the Ripper and the Boston Strangler, etc, etc.. And as an adult I still read up on it, everyday in the news, analyze cases.... I am not an expert, and I didn't go to school for any of that, but I am knowledgeable on it....and I would assume many people aren't. And, no I am not saying take MY word for it, but I am looking at strictly from objective standpoint....considering the evidence, and when I say evidence, I mean everything thats available for the public to see.....and I see someone guilty of sexual assault, at a minimum. Thats just my opinion. It's not about mocking Cosby or his supporters, or drawing lines in the sand, thats just what I believe, not based on personal bias toward a beloved icon, or a sordid desire to condemn him, just the straight up evidence. It wouldn't matter if that was Bill Cosby, Memphis Bleek, some crazy uncle of mine, I would be saying the same exact thing. Obviously, I am not personally involved in the case, nor was I present, so I can't offer you proof....but thats for the prosecutors to present, the defense to question, and a jury to decide. There is this bizarre reasoning online and off, esp. in rape cases that people say 'where is the proof'? and 'Innocent until guilty'....Those are legal terms, and none of us need to follow them, as we are not legally obligated to, as members of the justice system or jurors.

Look at Jared Fogle.....he has since pleaded guilty, but I called that one, that he was guilty on the first day they reported his house was raided. Thats based on the available 'evidence', that I had access to.

Look at cases that are hundreds of years old, like Jack the Ripper, I can't tell you who exactly did it.....but I can give you a great picture of who it likely was, and who it def. wasn't....I call Cosby the same way, I think he's guilty. No emotions, no anger, no triumph, or feeling righteous.

To be clear.. I'm not sure druggin is the appropriate term. The testimony states that he "asked" her to take, or if she wanted to take some pills to relax, and she consented with yes.

If many of you knew more about criminology and rape, you would know the dude is guilty...and hopefully would not be so quick to perpeuate a pretty disturbing lack of empathy for rape victims and women in general, by writing them all of as sluts and whores, with regrets and dollar signs in their eyes. That is the common perception, but factually it is almost entirely incorrect. Reporting a rape is one of the most demoralizing, degrading experiences imaginable, getting a rape a kit done, spending hours with investigators, who often don't believe you, is not an easy ticket to a big settlement. The stats on false rape claims are between 2 and 8%.

If you truly don't believe Cosby is guilty, follow the trial, and the evidence, and I think it's near impossible to not to realize he is. The amount of conspiracy some of you are suggesting is beyond laughable....And this is strictly from a criminology standpoint, nothing to do with race or celebrity, just a pattern or behavior and looking objectively at the evidence available.

I remember the first Darren Sharper thread and the shameful kind of defense he got from many, 'he doesn't have to rape anyone', 'these bytches are lying', to absurd conspiracy theories claiming the womans allegations couldn't be true, because how could he be in Arizona, Vegas, and N.O raping women? Until it turned out he did.

Except there is no evidence to look at. This is literally a "she said he did it" case. The fact that this is even going to trial 12 years later days before the statute of limitations is up because of a guy who won his position campaigning on bringing Cosby up on charges says it all.
