I saw you mentioned Argentina, Argentina is on a whole nother level when it comes to white and it isnt a mystery. That is where all the war vets and nazis from Europe fled to and if you look a ttheir population especially in Buenos Aires, they even had a policy to only accept white Europeans into their country at one point from their leaders. It bugged me out seeing how European they looked, out of all the South American countries, Argentina might be one of the most european looking countries out of all em, they barely mixed with indians and kept their German roots strong there.
