Its helping me a lot...my mood is progressively better now...I still have my moments where I need to relax my brain but its helping...

It's weird because when you do that, they all try to figure out how to gain control over you. so they offer you more trying to get you to "want". the more they offer, the more they are invested and the more they are at your mercy because you could leave at any point taking everything they have given with you. Don't abuse the knowledge though. be responsible or else you will start falling for your own hype.

Anyway, I pursue to a certain point. I'll do most of the initiation in the beginning phases, but as things move along I usually put the ball in their court to see what moves they'll make. If they're feeling you they'll always meet you halfway.
