Looking forward to seeing it this week. Most of the criticisms about it seem to be coming from people that have awful opinions on movies.

It has great visuals but a bad story line. And that's the general consensus all over and not just in The Coli.. Check out a few review sites

It ain't general consensus breh. It's sitting at 74% on Rotten Tomatoes and the percentage of regular people on that site who liked it is even higher.

There's no doubt that it is polarizing but to say most people didn't enjoy the movie... eh.. I dunno about that.

im starting to think the design concept of the space jockey was just randomly thrown together aswell because the creature from alien looks like a big giant boney creature not a normal humanoid in a bony suit that could just be me though

like when giger created the space jockey did he draw it as a humanoid man inside a bony suit with a helmet that looks like it has a trunk?

Well it says something about the movie when the android gives the best performance.
The cast was pretty weak, dialogue pretty bad.

He gives a good performance but yeah its way overrated at this point.
