Outside of her who can let her resume earn her respect from the first day. I think most women would try to be extra tough just to get guys to respect her.

i don't see a problem with a woman being a HC of a professional sports team but this just seems forced. isn't there only like 4 assistant coaches that are women? if a woman is qualified then give them an interview but to say you want it sooner than later just doesn't seem right.
