breh the marvel cinematic universe will be around forever. i think its kinda dope cause our grandchildren are gonna be watching the universe from the start.

It's going to have to re-launch or restructure at some point. RDJ isn't gonna be there forever
I just see the insane amount of superhero content coming out right now and it tells me that genre fatigue is coming VERY SOON, and Marvel's history shows that they'll happily force out some trash sequels just for cash

Guardians 2 is the only one I watched in the theater this year, so I agree with the sentiment of shyt dying down

At some point you can't expect the audience to have seen all 30 previous movies to follow the story breh. It will change in some aspect. I think Fiege has even said as much.
Majority of these movies coming from Marvel are average to trash. For it to be a golden age there has to be consistency and I am not seeing it. They've turned their properties, characters into one liners, queue audience laughter.

And people love it. Besides Beauty and the Beast comic book movies are the top grossing movies this year. People praying for a downfall cause of their personal feelings. Shyt is not going anywhere, anytime soon. Please tell me what will replace it? Romcoms? Dramas? Comedies? These shyts are really tired in comparison. Something has to take the spot they are currently occupying.

Listen I was an uber underground Hip Hop fan in the 90s and understand the frustration of what you perceive to be better not appealing to the masses. So I understand the sentiment but some things speak to a mass amount of people some things don't pay attention to what and why that is.
I'm not talking about bank that doesn't concern me, I don't get a dime from their success or lack there of. My primary concern is this movie worth my time? And from what I've seen so far it's a no. That's my perspective.
It's a formula that is making them bank sure at the moment but they keep sticking to the script, it's only so much trash one can keep putting out until audiences catch on.
