I remember in the mid-2000s when a lot of comic book movies (of varying quality) were coming out and you had a lot of people saying comic book movies were a fad and eventually you'd stop seeing so many of them.
But fast forward years later and not only are just as many (if not more) comic book movies coming out, but inh all honesty they're getting better. In fact most of them lately have been good. Wonder woman, Spiderman: Homecoming, Civil War, Logan, GotG2, etc.
And now we're getting Black Panther, Justice League, Punisher, Infinity War, Thor: Ragnarok, etc. Shyt's mindblowing and there's no sign that it'll stop or that people are getting tired of them. And I don't care what anybody says the majority of comic book movies these days are good. Even the ones that aren't that good (X-men: Apocalype, Batman v Superman, Suicide Squad, etc.) aren't actually bad and are average at worst.
So are we in the Golden Age of Comic Book movies? And do you still think comic book movies are a trend or are they going to be a permanent thing?
