An actual non disposable launcher with the explosive rounds require you to prove you have the capabilities to properly store explosives. You’re either someone with the right paperwork to store explosives or you’re lying. If you have the certs for those explosives rounds, then your previous post was misleading because you made it seem as though anyone can acquire it and it’s easy as 1, 2, 3

Part of me is conflicted because as long as they police forces have high capacity ammo I think we need them too but on the other hand we need to do something about these mass shootings.
There’s realistically nothing we can do about mass shootings. White people aren’t going to confiscate and destroy every privately held firearm, nor are they going to commit the necessary funds towards treating those with mental health issues. This country was founded on the gun and maintains its existence by the gun. White fear of well deserved reprisals from every other race on the planet ensures they will always have the gun. The only thing we can do is stay aware and stay strapped.
Nah we can do something, a complete ban might not make sense but we can put guard rails up around owning a gun.

You’d do better cracking down on these chat rooms where they discuss what they’re about to do beforehand. Like the one the Buffalo shooter was in that the authorities knew about. I just don’t know how many more guardrails you could put up to keep people with bad intentions from getting firearms.

You're just ignoring the fact that when mass shootings occurred in other nations (pre-internet) they enforced more gun control reform, and, SURPRISE, mass shootings went down and in most cases were eradicated entirely!

In actuality*. A shooter that's armed with a pistol instead of an assault rifle would have less rounds per clip (unless he had attachments) and a much slower rate of fire.
In that instance, 2 police officers armed with pistols SHOULD be able to get the job done.
