No. They are among my favorite producers, but even of their era, they aren't the best. Of producers who impacted since 1996, they are easily Top 3. All time, they are Top 25-50.

Definately there sounds are Fresher than Dr Dre and Timbalands as of right now.

That's arguable. A lot of these 808 beats from them/Pharrell sound amateur. It's Dre and Timbaland production that I don't like over the last few years, but The Neptunes haven't been consistent either. The last JT album and the N.E.R.D. album were all over the place. There's 7 songs combined from those albums that showcase their greatness. The rest is whatever.

Some of them do but hearing Solange Almeida reminds me why he's still on top. I don't hear any producer putting shyt out like that. Neptunes can turn it on when they want to. I noticed when they work with good artists they give good beats. All admit he fukked up and I wasn't feeling the JT album at all but atleast they tried to dabble in country. Let's not act like he didn't give JT a classic sounding album before I think both him and Tim equally gave JT heat with his first and second album. They always try something new and that's why I fukk with neptunes. When was the last Timbaland and Dr Dre put out a dope ass beat? Who is the best producer to you than?

The last dope beat I heard from Timbaland is either The Internet's "Come Over" remix or that "God's Warrior" song from Tee Grizzley.

For Dre, its "Talking to My Diary" from 2015. I didn't like what he did on Oxnard and he rarely puts out music these days.

Wasn't really feeling gods warrior haven't heard the internets come over yet. Last beat I fukked with from Timbaland was grab the wheel from 6lack as for Dr Dre he's been meh for me lately. But he fukked Oxnard up to the point Anderson Paak had to put another small project out after.
