This is a Norteno rapper from a Sacramento gang called Broderick Boyz. If you saw dude anywhere you'd think he was straight up black, but his mom's is Mexican and he pushes Mexican hard. Obviously you can tell he black, and he pretty popular, there's black rappers who fukk with/collaborate with dude, but I don't know a black hood that functions with BB. As far as I know, he don't hang around or be with blacks, which illustrates my point, they not the majority but there are plenty of "blaxicans" who are like him and don't affiliate with black people:
