The reason is simple : More density of blacks throughout TX, shyt Dallas prolly 25% blacc . LA will never be that.

Dallas and Houston are probably some of the only cities where the black, white (real white not Jewish/Italian, just got here 70 years ago white) AND Latino population is 20-25% each. Plus both have a decent Asian presence.
