Rex 84 has been updated almost 23 times since it was initially brought up in the 80s even though such plans have been in existence since the 60s...IT'S BEEN CONTINUALLY UPDATED to adjust to demographic, economic and technological realities..even the name has changed a few times.

Nazi style? No but something will happen. Unfortunately unskilled workers are becoming not needed in this country and we house the most. They're letting in immigrants that are filing up unskilled labor jobs and it's starving out poor blacks.

cops havent been lied to and pitted against each other for hundreds of years, african amerians have.
cops havent been conditioned and indoctrinated to hate everything about themselves, african amerians have.
cops havent been railroaded into poverty, purposely miseducated and expected to grow up in high stress, hopeless, hostile environments 24/7, african americans have.
theres psychological symptoms and environmental issues that might take hundreds of years to reverse
