The big unions are aligning themselves with the workers and will have the resources to open the books and audit these companies the right way...They don't want those problems...these companies can cook the books and claim all kinds of losses when it benefits them..

Halfway Decent union protection curbs alot of automation concerns and forces the company to figure something out..

Any company that knows better would go with the flow within reason..

Those jobs aren't as easily transferrable as well. If that group fights for more, that means a greater cut of revenue and profit for them. And they 'll get their money because bringing in new people costs a shyt ton of money. Training new people BY FAR is the biggest expense to a company.

Companies right now are STRUGGLING to fill jobs. I get hit up constantly by recruiters in my inbox to see if I'm interested in taking a look at other opportunities. And that is with a skilled/professional position. Look outside....mufukkaz NEED workers.

Simple supply and demand right now. If they don't pay, someone else will and/or force others to step up their compensation.

The big automation scare tactic won't work because there's still a lot that goes into that as well. But mufukkaz have let the Corporate Boogieman of Automation scare them for years taking less for jobs. Now these Gen Z and Gen Alpha and older millenials are done with the bullshyt.

Your cannot see beyond the clutter and question the difference that exists between someone with a reputable position and a ceo earning 10s of millions a year.
