The Ultra is pretty expensive for what it does. It's essentially an Apple Watch with an extra button and watch face. It does have better battery life but it's also larger.

For what they're asking I'd want it to do more. Also having a Series 7 it charges so fast you can charge it once a day for 30 or so minutes and wear it all day other than that including sleeping.

I guess if I paid more for cellular on the watch that would matter but for a $470 price difference between the normal 7 and Ultra can't justify paying that much more for so little difference.

2 of my reasons for buying it was the battery life and size. I tried on the Series 8 and it was too small for wrist, plus having to charge it daily was a no go for me. Coming from a Samsung Frontier S3 it is night and day and great upgrade.
