A question i always purpose to women, is that contemporary dating is pretty close to equality looks like.

Meaning women aren't dependent on men like the past. Many women can work and take care of themselves. Why do they need a man spoil them if they can generate their own wages. Women complain about men not approaching or taking initiative when in reality after some probing its the right man that they ideally have fixated in their mind.

You're raised in a culture of entitlement. There are men who think having money and clout entitles them to women, so they get wild emotional when they get rejected by women that dont care about that shyt. I know you've seen some dudes go from "ay ma you beautiful I wanna get to know you" to "fukk you, you bald headed ugly ass bytch" in less than 2 seconds

Many women think what is in between their legs is Gods gift to humanity and they're the only one on earth with a functioning vagina, so a man who has worked hard to get into shape, secure a strong income, and mental, spiritual and emotional wellness should want them despite these women having no traits that distinguish them from other similar women. In essence they dont bring anything to the table, but they want you to bring everything including the damn table. They then act surprised when these high quality men either dont want them or just use them for sex before committing to someone else.

I took it as her speaking to a person's 20s honestly being the last period of his/her life where society accepts dumb and reckless behavior, perhaps.

Think about it - past the teen years, when you see or hear of someone doing something seemingly very ignorant and reckless, if they are over the age of 29, we are usually shocked.

Reckless sexual choices in one's 30s and 40s are just as detrimental, but, honestly, the general expectation is you aren't still supposed to be doing thst dumb stuff outside of your 20s. That's when you normally get the proverbial "pass".

I always think of Tisha Campbell's character on A Different World who had AIDS. She said youth is not invincibility; it's the power to make choices. That's what the 20s could be for the smart person.

I blame society for expecting very little of them. I mean really what do we expect?

Know basic life skills that every adult needs(cooking, cleaning, time management and organizing)

Be able to have a child which is a basic biological function that women can do barring some kind of medical condition or disease.

Basic human decency( empathy, respect, kindness)

That's it. Yet society also infantilizes women. (A man will pay for your dinner, a man will make more money than you, dont worry about going to post secondary school or becoming an interesting person, a 'real man' will be able to 'handle' you at your worst)

Then we have half-way feminists that want to make any criticism off limits. Dont slut shame, don't body shame, dont kink shame, believe all women. And the end result is a situation where nothing is expected of women, there is no accountability, and they're still not satisfied.
