If the electoral college were disbanded with these states having less power, is this what you and others who think like you would do? Flex that power, and just dump the countries problems on these lesser populated states? Again, none of those states asked for that or any of this, and importantly, that’s not what they voted for. “Beggars can’t be choosers” don’t apply to this situation, because again, these states aren’t asking for them. We know what would happen anyways. You dump people into these states, they’d more than likely go to Des Moines, Pierre, Fargo, Williston, etc. the populated areas. The areas that have small populations of black Americans.
It sucks, but these people have to be sent back home.
Yep, dump them in those states and if violated and caught in a major city, major jail time + deportation.
Gotta play the "bad, or worse" game against them. If they don't comply, send them back to their home country with a note saying "I turned down an opportunity to work in a small town in America's Heartland because I was greedy" in their language, directly to their families. You gotta bring shame to them, like how a parent punishes an unruly kid.

Nah, you gotta put it to PROPER CONTEXT to their families that they turned down an opportunity to work in American rural areas. That's the cardinal sin to their families and an unforgivable one. Sending a note explaining that will discourage people migrating to coastal cities, and their efforts being done in vein.
CONTEXT and HUMILIATION, are everything in this case.
