So the writers forgot about that by the second episode?
I haven't watched the second episode yet, so I'll comment once I see it.

some of ya'll are trippin. shows like succession didn't really hit their stride til near the last 2 or 3 episodes of season 1. lets give this some time.
... and obviously her boss, the asian guy, will go to bat for her.Based off the previews it looks like Harper gets found out.

I'm gonna blame lena dunham since she directed the pilot episode. she's the queen of gratuitous nudity.
I thought I was the only one getting massive Suits vibes.... and obviously her boss, the asian guy, will go to bat for her.
I don't work in high finance but I get the feeling that being capable of pulling in revenue is the only thing that matters, and she already proved she can deliver.
I’m from London and I work in a financial brokerage so this shyt is very relatable to me. Ol boy coming into work wired off the coke is regular. Shorty gettin sent to get lunches, regular. Done well to portray the city and the life so far.
I’m intrigued.
Also, first time I seen Juntao since Juntao that’s the nikka right there
It can be yeah. Some is sensationalised but for the most part it’s accurate. How accurate is the “frat-ish” culture that these shows always seem to display? Is it really that over the top?
dont seem like this shyt is for me
they open this shyt with a nikka getting his chest nutted on

Yeah, this is Succession-light. Obviously different in almost every way beside it being money oriented... but still nowhere near as engaging as Succession.you buggin. succession was rollin by episode 3
