Doesn't fill me up either...holds me over...but I'm eating a lot, just small portions. I'll have the salad, then wait an hour and have some chicken with mashed potatoes or something. I always have the salad first so I eat more greens and less of the other stuff.

Crossfit is so so

I know a few dudes who have lost a good amount of weight on it. Its OK for general fitness and they really did well on engaging participants.

That said if u have the discipline/desire u will see better and faster results with a more focused strength/conditioning program. Better value for time and especially money. O lawd Crossfit gyms are like $300 a month. I saw like 8 when I was down in Mexico earlier this year :dead:

i cant even do this shyt for 1 cycle. makes me vomit straight up

Yo, that shyt is way too hard. Too afraid to do it again after messing up my knee with the thrusters.

gl hf. its supposed to be done for time.

they got some vids of dudes doing it in a few minutes. i get so winded, shyt takes me like 5-10 minutes. depending how fast i do it, i may or may not vomit and/or pass out. no joke. whentimes i prses too hard and literally lke faint after for 5-10 min i gotta jus lay there in a coma. shyts very taxing on the cardio. smoking dont help.

Yeah that what I'm doing right now but I'm doing crossfit football. This shyt is mad fun. I can barely walk the next day depending on the workout that day.
