Anyone try Crossfit?

My ex trainer has opened up a Crossfit gym and one of my close friends just got certified and is working with her...small world. My other good friend in NYC is a Crossfit trainer. They're all in amazing shape - so I'm thinking of trying it...they swear by it.

Has anyone tried? What was your experience like?

Found a way around working late. I just go to the gym after work at like 4am :heh:

You eating well, too? I got some healthy recipes if you need some ideas.

Mannn - it can be dangerous, but anything can - like, you can step wrong on the treadmill and twist or break your ankle. Just gotta have good form and never lose focus.

Yah, I don't wanna be buff - just toned and lean.

I love Insanity. I'm doing T25 and it's so much fun.

Right now it's all grilled chicken , fish with spinach or kale . Sometimes I throw in green beans or carrots.


:usure: about that comparison u should research injuries in crossfit it's outrageous.
