I’m off a couple grams right now for the first time and this shyt is fukkin wonderful.

I can’t believe I ignored this shyt hanging behind the counter in every smoke shop I’ve ever been in over the years because I thought it was some bullshyt like spice.

shyt is versatile. You can take a white strain before work or take a gold strain at night, kick back and watch a movie or listen to some good music. You can get hooked so you take space the doses out and take breaks unless you have chronic pain issues. Just copped a kilo from an exclusive vendor out of Texas

I don't do capsules, just toss the powder and wash it down. The taste isn't that bad and it becomes a reflex after a while. Average dose is 3 grams (one and a half teaspoons) but ive been going a bit hard lately with 4-6 gram doses.

Edit: take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar after dosing. Seems to make the kratom effects come on a lot quicker

I’m a rookie, but 1.5g of white before work is supposed to be the sweet spot.

Will give you hella energy, focus, motivation and kills anxiety.

I had a red strain and those are the ones with the heaviest opioid like effect without all the bullshyt.

You can get physically addicted to the herb though so dose small (the smaller the better anyway) find your sweet spot and stay there.
