It's supposed to be the most relaxing of the strains.

I'd start at 2-3 grams and go up from there if it doesn't work for you. So 1 oz should give you about 7-14 doses. The nice thing about kratom is taking less gives you better effects than taking more. Sounds like bullshyt but it's true.

Usually white strains=energy, red strains=pain relief/sedating, and green strains= a mix of both.

I buy the powder and do what's called a toss n wash method. I put a little water in my mouth, dump the powder in, then swallow while drinking more water. When you get the hang of it you don't taste the kratom. I tried mixing with oj, juice etc. But it doesn't mix easy with liquid at all. I always ended up with clumps of kratom lining the cup.

Make sure to stay hydrated cause kratom is a diuretic.

I've noticed if I take it on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before a meal makes the effects stronger. Some people say it makes no difference.

I’d fire your ass if you worked on my floor . It’s none of your business and you could get fired dumbass .

I’m a store manager for AT&T and a friend of mine saw that employees business cards at a smoke shop and the owner threw his business out there when asked. My fault for making sure I have individuals I can trust to run a business when I’m gone but your broke ass wouldn’t understand that.

Got a shop right down my block that sells it.I Love it. My boy got me hip to it, he takes it in pill form.

I just mix the powder with water and down it. shyt is disgusting but well worth it.

My favorite is Bali red as for me it has the best mood enhancer and has me chill but without the tired feeling.

If i gotta bunch of shyt to do that day I take the Indo White. Gives me a ton of energy and motivation so i dont just take it when im kicked back at home, did it one time and was bored outta my fukkin mind but wanted to do a bunch of shyt

Green Malay is the one I take the most on normal days. Basically almost like a combo of the two but lasts fukkin forever sometimes.

I prefer smaller doses, usually 1-2 grams. I recommend it to anyone that enjoys a medium high with the ability to function but worried about droppin dirty
