I would say don't fight an unnecessary battle. If you're full, you're full. No need of trying to cram calories in there if you're already satisfied. I used to worry about that after I would eat one meal and be full. Then I'd feel like because "I gotta get my calories in". If anything, IF teaches you how to really listen to your body, when you're really hungry, and when you're really satisfied.
That "tingly" feeling? lol I thought it was just me. It feels like a high. My senses are sort heightened also.
I'm finishing up my fast. Got a jug of green smoothie in the refrigerator. Everything was cool until this broad went to lunch and got what smells like General Tso's chicken and fried rice. Normally that wouldn't move me, but that smell has a nikka feeling like ...
Fam...tell me why yesterday afternoon I was good up until my chick went and got a burger and fries from 5 GUYS. She smashed right in front of me. lol She was like lol Talk about temptation. Somehow I made it through. I felt boss after that though! haha

But... in full disclosure, I slipped up today... I didn't eat a lot yesterday, so I came into the office ready to give the look to food today. Someone went to the caf and got breakfast, and I lost it. Ran over to the caf like a mad bull and got a breakfast biscuit and three chocolate muffins. I'll be working out during lunch today, gonna hit chest and tris, so I guess I'll fix it.
