Anyone in here rock with off-brand HDTV's these days still?

i do my gaming on a sony led tev now, it must be turning all the processing junk off when it's game time. it automatically cuts to ps4 when the console is turned on and you can navigate the menu with the tv remote

AYYYYY why didn't i think of using the remote??

I have 3 samsung TVs and an EPSON projecter. My 55" is already fukking up, so i'll likely replace it with one of those Sony 4K TVs in the future.

I'm waiting for an "inexpensive" 4K projector to do my bassment.

My Sammy does that too. I had to go ahead and cop a Harmony remote though to control the tv, directv box, and my onkyo soundbar.

I got a ProScan, Panasonic, RCA, 2 Samsungs, 2 Colby's..

Thay all work, np... shyt the Proscan has the best volume.. i hate having the samsung or panasonic at 60 to watch a show .. the damn proscan be on 10

Vizio has actually improved their quality to become a Walmart premier brand. I have a Sharp and Samsung though.

those are my HD sets. I also got a 26 in and a 19 in old picture tube style TV that aren't in use.

hell, we JUST now getting 1080p gaming with the PS4, and cable/satellite providers still don't provide 1080p content with the channels.

the 4K content is coming, gaming wise too. I'm thinking of putting an HTPC with 4K capability in my shyt when it's done. PC games will be there.

also, is 4K some shyt that you gotta have at least a 70" tv just to tell the difference?

like I said, I'd be content getting 1080p first for all my channels and gaming before jumping to 4K.

True, but getting 4K doesn't mean you lose 1080p.

The upscale alone would be nice. PS4 does have the ability to play 4K video, just not games. There's roughly 70 titles in 4K available now.

im rocking a 32" sylvania only thing i dnt like is that usb's dnt work with it
