Veganism from what I've seen though, is a personal testament of willpower and dedication 'cause the majority of the community are either militant a$$holes who try and shame you into not eating meat and ridicule you if you backslide or give up instead of encourage you...or got a few screws loose like this specimen.

The weird thing is, there's not really any willpower or dedication behind it anymore. It's just normal to me now. I guess you kind of forget about meat after you stop eating it ( at least for me anyway). Of course the initial few weeks is difficult as you are stopping something that your body has been used and programmed to for pretty much your entire life. However this is the same in principle to any other lifestyle change. The first few weeks of getting back into shape suck as your body is adapting to the new stress that you place on it. After a while however, it becomes normal and you get used to it as your body develops a habit of exercising. Same thing with eating meat. Truth be told, I don't even think about meat anymore. It's a thing of the past now (corny I know but true)

This man right here convinced me. It's so many testimonies of people he has helped ranging from celebrities to everyday people. I'm a vegitarian but I'm borderline vegan I don't eat any animal products besides eggs, honey and bee pollen.

Gene Food consitancy is his premise.

Eat what your ancestors ate. White people can digest milk and red meat easier because they ancestors ate that.

I know dudes who are vegetarian and eat fish
I don't do dairy, that shyt is for white people

That's not a vegetarian. That's a pescetarian .

I'm a vegan (have been this whole year so far :manny:)

I'm NOT the kind of person who is here to convince anyone to do anything :whoa: do whatever you feel comfortable with and for your own health try to throw in some fruits and veggies with your "normal food"

but for arguments sake

#1 - Milk/dairy :scust: there is is no real nutritious reason for an adult to eat dairy. Think about what cow milk is (I don't care how you eat it...cheese, yogurt, or milk)... it's milk meant to be fed to make a baby cow grow into a full grown 400 lb cow. Why the fyck do we as humans need those natural hormones

#2 - Meat - although it is VERY delicious...you are eating an animals flesh when there is no need to. We complain so much about how white people have ruined this planet...think about how YOU are doing that to another animal. You are the "white people" to the animals that you eat :manny:

#3 - there is no "need" to eat meat or dairy. You can get all of your protein from plants. In fact, we are cutting down the amazon (the lungs of the planet) to grow soy, to feed cows, to feed humans. If we fed humans the soy and plants, we would be fine. In fact, we already produce as a world enough food for no one on earth to be hungry...but we give it to livestock to eat

#4...I LOVED chicken :blessed: but when you are getting chicken breasts that are damn near as big as what a natural normal chicken would be...you gotta think about what the hell they are putting in the chickens to make them grow.
:jbhmm:

#5 my personal story...I decided to see if I was "dependent" on anything (I don't need to drink, smoke, caffeine, etc.) so I decided to not be controlled by how delicious meat/cheese are. I went from 202 to 172 doing the same workout I had been doing when I couldn't tone up for years. I've been able to start running after work, have more energy, and if you look you can find great Vegan food. Oreos are vegan :ld:

whatever you decide to do, just be happy and do you :salute: vegans and "non"-vegans...just don't try and tell me I'm (insert insult) for what I choose to eat

swallowing sausage though
What kind of meals did you start off with. I'm trying to come up with a meal plan to try it out for a week!

One final thing to add and I'm out. Don't get it twisted you can definitely still "enjoy" great tasting food while on a vegan diet. Check out this youtube channel. It's a little corny but they make some crazy good recipes, (a lot of it is junk food so be careful). This just gives you an idea of what can be made on a vegan diet and it's not boring like everyone claims it to be. Anyone that says this don't look good can come see me.

Sorry but I will never go Vegan. I do respect Vegans though. But like another person said in this thread. It's all about balance and moderation. Whenever I eat meat, I always have big plate of vegetables/greens on the side and some fruits.

As for dairy, I always drink Almond milk. :yeshrug:

Same thing for me when I kicked my Coke (pop) addiction and stopped drinking Soda for a minute. The first few weeks was hard, especially when you hit the movie theatre and want to pick up the big gulp full of Dr Pepper'n'shyt but give it time and you get used to it, then you grow to not even miss that shyt 'cause whatever you substituted is working well enough if not better for you.

I believe you and I might try the Vegan shyt on a lazy tip if I had someone who didn't mind catering my meals to me...but I don't think I want to live a life where I can drink Goat's milk, eat fish or tuck into a medium rare ribeye every now and again. :sadbron: Glad to see you got that shyt working for you, man. Congrats.:salute:
