For the brehs that are vegan, what does vegan food taste like. Vegan pizza? Vegan ice cream?

I too am cutting diary out of my diet. Using almond milk instead.

Praticially a vegetarian, but that chicken though (:noah:)

It looks hard as fukk to be vegan.

If you do any sort of fitness and or strength training or you have desires to keep a certain amount of muscle mass on then being a vegan just isn't a good idea.

I personally don't eat milk or dairy outside of cheese every once in awhile.

I eat Meat in a moderation(size of my fist each meal)

However you do not need to completely cut these things out of your diet if you actually like them.

The risk of anemia is just not worth it.

Man they put so much shyt in the chicken it's almost scary to eat. A chicken breast almost as big as my thigh.

Buddy is skinny af, I'm a brolic young bull trying to keep my physique. Will going vegan make me lose my size?

not true bruh. all three brehs in this picture are vegan and made their gains through a vegan diet. I turned vegetarian in 2010 and then transitioned into full vegan in 2013 and my body honestly feels incredible. I don't even remember the last time I got sick. Just ran my first half marathon a few weeks ago as well. Try it out bruh.

Yeah they are feeding us poison everywhere we look.

That's why I keep it light now. Only a fistful of meat for me per meal. Scared as fukk nowadays.

i ain't go lie man. the first time I tried veganism, I failed. only lasted a week. It's a whole new ballgame because we've all been programmed to eat meat and dairy for so long that not eating it seems foreign. Try just going vegetarian first. The transition to veganism is much easier once you get the hang of learning how to not have meat included in your meals. Once you figure that out, then you can finally start riding your bike without training wheels and go full vegan. Wouldn't go back if someone paid me to man. No joke.

How does tofu taste? Would I really have to get my protein from beans? How long have you been a vegan?

also watch this if you got the time and can stomach it. shyt had me like :mjcry::mindblown:after seeing what really goes on behind closed doors. If slaughter houses and factory farms had glass walls, best believe none of the dukes here on thecoli or anywhere else would support those type of industries. Also had me like :scust: after seeing what them factories was really lookin like. Ya'll been eating dookie and ain't even know it.

my nikka last night i had spanish rice, beyond meat "chicken", and steamed kale with guacamole. think of it this way... A major benefit of going vegan is that you are forced to learn to cook and cook well. Bring a shorty to your crib and chef something up nice for her then see what happens next :takedat:

i think if i was to become one, i'd need a nutritionist's advice. or i'd want one to help me :francis:

This.
While I could definitely go the Pesceterian route since I love fish (:shaq:) I've tasted some pretty good full on Vegan meals and could eat that shyt for a lengthy period of time without growing bored of it..but I ain't got the time/will power to make that shyt myself. I'd have to cuddle up to a full on Vegan, exercise chick to help me stay on that path.

Veganism from what I've seen though, is a personal testament of willpower and dedication 'cause the majority of the community are either militant a$$holes who try and shame you into not eating meat and ridicule you if you backslide or give up instead of encourage you...or got a few screws loose like this specimen.
