TORONTO!
do I miss it? Nah, not really, seeing as how I used to waste money renting every game that I was mildly interested in. Then I figured I already spent like 14 bucks, or whatever it was for 360 games, so I might as well keep the fukkin thing and pay the difference. Bought every other game just based on the fact that I spent money on the game already so it was kinda like a down payment.

Man those were the days. I came up on so much puff just by browsing, checking out the art cover and movie description. So many memories of me and my pops going to BB and looking for movies then bringing them back to the rest of the family like a successful hunt. :to:

That was the GOAT feeling :to:

I even remember me and my family at least naming 4 or 5 more movies we wanted to watch in case they didn't have whatever was the most pippin at the time (which was always a mission to find those new movies)

I remember trying to look for a good movie and when all hope seemed to be lost I'd find one of the TOP 5 movies my FAM wanted to see and I'd feel like the prodigal son that brought home his first big catch in the wild on some BC shxt :to: :wow:

I lived at blockbuster as a young'n. There was one two blocks from my house so I'd always go in even if i had no intent to rent. Every Friday, going to Blockbuster renting games and movies was like the best part of every week.

I always had mad late fees though. I'd rent so much and sometimes not watch em in the 2 days they give you.

I slightly remember towards the end them having some kind of membership where you could keep a game for as long as you want or whatever. Don't remember the full details.

Great thread @Dog Based Gremlin, took it back with this one. I miss it for the nostalgia.. but having the option to just get shyt for free from the comfort of your own home is still probably the best option lol.

Hollywood Video was my joint. I would stock up on the candy deals after I got my movies :lawd:

Those video game tournaments Blockbuster had in the 90s though :whoo: Remember my middle school would be buzzin like it was March Madness
