I actually enjoy it in the hood

Quick access to weed, barbershop, liquor and black women

I think I feel safer around my own people in general but if you know the road code when you start making real money it only makes sense to move out.

Them serpents will bite, I know them well:manny:

If you want to stay forever and avoid fukkery don't spend your money on 'nice' things :to:

Let's move up to good neighborhoods together, brehs :lupe:

For me, it was a matter of living under the iron fist of the NYPD

I dont even see cops out here

And on the rare occasions I do see my neighbors, there's never any problems

Just cause you move out of your hood doesn't mean you can't go back.

Oh I want to own property in the burbs...

overseas somewhere

It's funny because my mom was planning on buying something outright about 6 years ago when the housing market was in the shytter and started thinking about the pros and cons and just passed. I think it was the right move, but then again we have always been all over the place. It doesn't start or end with any of us here in the states.

Everybody's experience is different

For me I like living in my hood..its quiet and it saves me on money.

I work in the suburbs and when I hear my white co workers tell me about the undertone racism in the area I shake my head..

From police profiling to hearing them say to me about there white neighbors saying our property value about to decline or saying our neighborhood is getting a little darker..

I have nothing against anyone moving to the burbs but for me I prefer a nice middle class black area

I don't want that. Where I live now is a mixed race, working family type of a neighborhood in the city. I want to stay where I'm at, but just get a bigger house.

If I had the dinero, I would own a house here in the south...... then set up shop in African country. Not sure about the country... Nigeria sounded alright until just recently. Chinese about to own the Naijas and every African-American living over there now...

I'm in the jects....

I don't floss and just go about my life..

I know mostly erryone...

But these young nikkas are wild...

No respect for their hood or the people in it....

Times have changed....
