Unwarranted to be honest, like someone above said he is corny. I found these guys funny when I was 15 not so much anymore. I remember that basketball film he was in years ago about his ghost brother. The 13yr old me loved that movie.

I started watching it, I don’t think his jokes hold much weight without his physical comedy which is also not that funny. I find his shouty style annoying, he comes across as a guy that tries too hard to be funny. His jokes don’t seem that natural to me.

Yeah, and theyll only get bigger if they give a platform to black comedians..Black comedy had a huge following.

Comic View was BET's highest ratings puller. And BET was paying comedians like $150 or some chump shyt, thats why there was calls for a strike or something.

Whoever puts Black comics in one place will rake it in.

Shawn has very few classic episodes or jokes on that show. White Mike was in like one or two seasons. TC was funny though. Shawn's straight man comedy played entirely off Marlon and Pops foolishness. Plus Shawn didnt seem comfortable with acting until the later seasons, his lines came off very mechanical like he was reading from cue cards.
