The land the school is on is about to be gentrified. He owes $100,000 in back taxes and the city of Wilmington is on his ass.

He also owes $150,000 in back taxes and child support from the state of Pennyslvania.

But yeah - if you want to be a real educator - you're not gonna be famous and you're not gonna be rich. It's heavy lifting and not for the faint of heart.

I think the proof is in the pudding - Umar would rather berate 'trifling negroes' for not donating enough money to him than actually educating black children.

Umar is honestly trying to make that school a reality. The problem is that his ego and pride are in the way of making this whole thing happen. He wants to do things his way or it isn't getting done at all. He should have hooked up with some financial experts on how to collect donations properly. He had people writing personal checks to him when he should have done all that through a foundation that he established. The tax implications on receiving that much money written to himself is crazy. He was way in over his head and those taxes from the school were owed by the previous owners which he inherited when he took control of the property. That should have been a road block that came up with the title company before any deal was made in writing.

1. I'd think your better than this bruh, it says in the video the school isn't listed on the sheriffs list(to be fair I see you noted that, in even though you didn't change it in the title)
2. "Up for sale" and "offer to buy" are two different things. I can walk up to your door with an offer to buy your home right now ...doesn't mean it's for sale. As a matter a fact that's one of the last couple tactics developers use to seize property.

• They price you out(renters)
• buy/property_tax you out(owners)
• use a legal city/county "loophole" like eminent domain

Also while I doubt Umar wants to involve the "white legal system" in group dynamics, I strongly suggest he starts filing civil lawsuits against these people.
Lots of them have crossed the line from reasoned critique .....to legally defined (libel, slander, defamation)
I.E. Terms like fraud, scam(consumer scam), and ownership are legally defined.

Anyone calling him the above or questioning ownership of the school without a city/court documentation stating such to the contrary are committing (libel, slander, defamation) depending on the medium in which the claim was made. If possible file the suit in a jurisdiction ran by African Americans, that way he keeps other folks out of our business.

Besides most privacy policies have an exception in them for working with the authorities. The minute a user is part of a case youtube will handover who the individual in question is to the authorities.
