Eh. I was a nerd. I wore glasses. I didn't have that many friends and I kind of just kept to myself. I went to a small private catholic high school too.

College wasn't any better either. I spent the majority of my life feeling like the odd man out in places where I just couldn't fit in at all. Everything else suffered because of it.

To be completely honest, even though I've ditched the glasses, started working out heavily years ago, and feeling better about myself as time goes by, I still hold a little grudge towards that bittersweet (more bitter than sweet) past of mine as I've been trying to distance myself away from it.

Agreed. Unfortunately by that time, the good ones are already taken by those who have appreciated all along, or they have kids, and the good ones don't want to go there.

Know what fukking annoys me about online dating? Guys copy/paste messages and it's so obvious.

Usually they go something like this:

"Hi - I love your smile, you're beautiful. Great profile - I think we have lots in common. A little about me... [general shyt about themselves blah blah blah"

Then, when you ignore the generic copy/paste message, they try to hit you up again with the EXACT same shyt (cause they forgot they hit you up before or think you won't notice and this time will respond).
