I didn’t even lie! That’s what’s fukked up. We’ve had so many ppl leave since the start of COVID that I’ve had to take on shyt that’s really outside of my wheelhouse.

I’m the only black person on my team, so I be hesitant saying “idk how to do that” cuz I don’t want them to think black ppl are dumb.

You have two options...

1.) Research (YouTube, Google, listen to some brehs on here that can help etc.) your ass off and stay up all night throwing some shyt together.

2.) Say “fukk it” and create a good excuse as to why you couldn’t accomplish what was asked of you.

You cant search by request type in jira. If you need a breakdown of request type #s you got to export the current fields to csv. Open the file in excel then create a pivot table.

Let me be more specific. Y’all I ain’t got a single cert. I kinda fell into this role, and I’m just trying to keep my damn job and make an honest living.

The most straight forward question I can ask is how do I make a query looking at more than one request type. I’ve already figured out how to look at multiple statuses by creating a query that uses:

status in (“In Progress”, “Waiting for Support”, “On Hold”)

But when I try and use the clause AND “Customer Request Type is... I can only include one customer request type before it spits an error. It won’t let me just separate by issue type like I can by status.
