That is the performance enhancement, not the stim. If you need intensity from a stim, you ain't training right first and foremost, your mind isn't into the training itself, its so easy to psyche yourself up for a workout, taking a sup to complete a proper workout is counterintuitive.

The bodybuilding supplement industry convinced you that you need a pre workout. Caffine has always been a staple for extending athletic performance, not as a crutch for proper training.

They know the addictive properties of caffeine and utilize that knowledge to its fullest effect, soon you won't be able to work out unless you take your pre workout drink, with all kinds of nervous disorders and jitters unless you get your next hit. They are dealing dope and you don't even know it.

Take a stim if you need to stay up all night clubbing, not to friggin train your mind and body.

I do think that your anti-stim argument is incredibly weak in the context of what we are talking about here though, which is performance in the weight room. But I'm done arguing about it because you aren't even responding to the points I'm making about why they work. Like I said though, your message is good so I don't want to come off like I'm a stim freak because I'm not. It is a new thing for me and I like it right now and will cycle on and off of it as I feel my body needs a rest.

I understand where you are coming from, I have taken caffeine pills before a competition and really it taxes the hell out of your nervous system, dehydrates you and the inevitable crash that follows brings you lower than where you'd be sans stim.

My point is, if you would do something such as hitting a heavy bag for 5-10 minutes pre workout, shoot hoops with a friend or a couple laps in the pool I bet you'd have an awesome workout. You need adrenaline flowing through your veins, not caffeine.

Stims are good for staying awake or alert, that is all.

i liked using nitrates, they've always gave me a good pump. when i took too much it made me feel a little sick you got to find that sweet spot. cellucor offers good products if you can afford it

I used C4 during deployment until they banned it. Switched to N.O. Explode and it did the job as well, even though you had to take a instant shyt after taking it.
are you taking alot of products with magnesium in it? that stuff will clear out your bowels at certain amounts. i had a bad experience with man sports clout which gave me major gastric issues. They're a good company though i love the rest of their products besides their creatine. body octane is one of my favorite preworkouts.

Been a while since I've use stims, so the energy it's hitting me with is really effective. A bit of caffeine, but it's great for those early morning workouts I've been doing.

ive been taking Vitamin Shoppe brand Body Tech Critical Aminos XT Intra workout Watermelon Punch. Its aight. After I finish this off I'll be going back to Controlled Labs Purple Wraath

If you are tired, it isn't the best time to work out.

Matter of fact 10-20 minutes of playing a sport prior to working out (shooting hoops, hitting the heavy bag) is better than taking a stim . Taking a stim just to exercise defeats the purpose.
Yeah a little physical activity pumps me up more than stimulants do

I haven't used any PWO's in over a month while on the EC stack. Interested to see if I'll noticed a difference when I start again.
