I used to be hooked on that original Jack3d a few years back. Went up to having 6 scoops before every workout
When I worked at Home Depot it was so damn hard to work out after workSo I've been sticking to this Optimum Nutrition Platinum Pre for a few weeks now. I absolutely love it for push and pull days because it gives just the right amount of focus and energy to get me through an hour
But I have found that it is still making me nauseous a bit on leg days. This is likely because the caffeine combined with heart-taxing leg work is just too fatiguing. I tried just taking a half scoop today and I was still pretty beat up after just finishing swings to start my workout, hadn't even squatted or leg pressed or anything. Could also be because I am walking around a lot at work and my legs just aren't getting enough rest.
I might have to skip leg day for a couple cycles here just to give some recharge time
The point of exercise is to expend excess nervous energy, taking a stimulant to workout defeats this purpose.

People here trying to build muscles which requires breaking down the muscles first. We aint trying to stave off depression, and we aren't dogs that need taken for a walk

If you are tired, it isn't the best time to work out.
Matter of fact 10-20 minutes of playing a sport prior to working out (shooting hoops, hitting the heavy bag) is better than taking a stim . Taking a stim just to exercise defeats the purpose.
