Anybody defending Wilder after turning down 100 million dollars has no credibility.

He lost a huge amount of credibility after turning down that fight he said he wanted. He's getting a lot of backlash from that all over now. Deserved because he had the opportunity to guarantee the fight everybody wants to see, make a huge amount of money and become the undisputed champion and make history but he turned it down. Extremely disappointing.

Idk what’s worse, everyone being a “fukking idiot” if they disagree with you, or the fact BOXING FANS care more about the fighter getting paid, then us seeing the best fights. Both are truly amazing.

New era..since Floyd was the best and created the A side shyt, they use that to defend when Joshua or Canelo dont take hard competition.

Fights don't happen because of greedy promoters who try to maximize their profits by screwing over fighters...

This Wilder situation is a prime example of that...

Wilder/Joshua is the biggest Heavyweight fight since Tyson/Lewis...It's a $400 million dollar fight in this market and all Wilder getting from this deal is $80 million for TWO FIGHTS...After you deduct taxes, all his training camp and team costs bruh will be lucky to pocket half of that...

It's illogical to expect a man in this profession who puts his life on the line every time he steps foot in that ring to accept a deal that leaves that much money on the table just because you want to see the fight...

Boxing fans need to focus their anger on cancers like Bob Arum instead of the fighters...

Dude's getting greedy and thinking he's Floyd
:mjlol: at some ppl thinking a 2X 40million flat fee offer for a Wilder caliber fighter is some insult

If he don't quit playing the Floyd quick he will get knocked out by some underdog and then all goes up in flames.

A 33 years old HW with one PPV behind his back thinking 100 M for 3 fights is not good cause... "but Floyd..." :hhh:

Remember when Broner said to Roc Nation's 40M offer that it's a slave deal thinking he's Floyd? That went well too
My main beef with Wilder in this scenario is all the talk about how bad he wants the Joshua fight and how he'll fight him for whatever. Not to mention he was lucky as hell to escape the Fury fight without an L. Now all of a sudden he has a legit offer thrown at him and he turns the shyt down in the interest of business. It goes against all the shyt he was preaching before.

Breh like I said the difference between Wilder making 40 million and 200 million to me is neglible. Likewise I could give a fukk how much money Bob, Al or Eddie earn.

So, yea it’s great for Wilder that he has the chance to make generational money. But, how does that effects me? Well I could end up seeing Wilder fight Brazil Kownacki and Wlad (:mjlol:) which imho would be bullshyt.

So on how it effects me? I get fukked as a fan b/c all these people from the promoters down want more and more money that they definitely deserve.....but I’m a fan of the sport and I shouldn’t have to pay extra money-PPV or subscription fees or whatever to see good fights. The same applies to literally all sports. I hope you understand where I’m coming from brotha.

What's lucky about knocking a man down twice?
New to boxing? Nothing lucky about that.

Losing literally the entire fight besides the two rounds you scored knock downs in=lucky to escape with a victory. When you get outboxed the way Wilder did you’d expect a loss 99% of the time.

And before you throw some BS at me Wilders my fav of the heavyweights

When you get knocked down twice and don't knock your opponent down yourself, you expect to lose 99% of the time. Where is the luck for Wilder? He got lucky that he knocked Fury down twice :jbhmm:
