I don't understand what's the big deal. A nurse saves lives. Your mom's life

And they make more than you.

Be a nurse, brehs...:mjlol:

Cna's on average make below 12 an hour here..i have female thot cousins who are cna's and their struggling..i make 27 an hour..

The average pay for a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is $11.10 per hour. Skills that are associated with high pay for this job are Telemetry and Intensive Care Unit (ICU

Again

Be a male nurse, breh bruh breh :mjlol::mjlol: and only make $11 an hour, breh

I was a CNA for 3 months before I went to nursing school. Now I'm a nurse and I know the value of having an assistant but I could NEVER do cna work EVER AGAIN. I don't suggest becoming a cna, try getting a medical receptionist job instead. Cna work and pay is not where it's at.

COLI full of smart dudes . Yall really need to save up some bread or team up with your family and get your own license. Learn how to bill the government and just market yourselves. Stop looking for employment and start looking for opportunity. My OG always said "The only way a black man can get rich in this country is to pick up a ball, pick up a mic, or pick up a government contract." LOL

Quick example.
Disclaimer: No disrespect to anyone at all, but yall gotta peep...

Some people can say yo, I made $11.10 an hour ( according to homies numbers) or I made 10K last month as an NP (just using homie's mom as an example, no slight) but there are some people who think hmmmmm, someone needs this service and is willing to pay $20 an hour for a CNA. Bet, let me go make sure my paperwork tight (cause you know they regulate when you play in their game), find a CNA looking for a job, pay him that 11.10 an hour and then bill the government, etc. Now I'm making $8.90 an hour doing admin work. Better yet, let me hire an admin for $7.25 to do the work. Now I'm making $1.65 doing nothing. Now throw in that NP who I pay 10k for every month but bill insurance companies 20K a month and you'll see that it's all just a game. And as long as you stay focused, you can make things happen or just be part of the story.
