Pi-Hole was buggy when I tested it. Adguard Home is stable with a clean gui.speak on it then. You know better than to just make a strong statement about software without elaborating. What does "better" even mean in this context?
Good option if you have a NAS already. You can't beat the cost of the pi-hole otherwise. Only issue I've ev3r had was losing the GUI once, but it was an easy fix. I got a new NAS. I set up Docker, but I don't see much that's useful to me since I don't code. Might be looking in the wrong places. I want to take advantage of the ridiculous setup I bought. (1821+, 32GB RAM, 2x 1TB NVME SDD for cache, 8x SATA 14TB for storage).
