My juicing routine

7:30 - Fruit Juice
10:30 Break - Veggie Juice
12:30 Lunch - Veggie Juice
2:30 Break - Fruit Juice
6:00 Dinner -Veggie Juice

I also would drink naked juices you find them at 7/11

Wait so your saying....this is ALL YOU CONSUME???? OR is this just what you drink but includes regular healthy eating??

Then how often or how many days a week are you juicing like that??

Thats one part of my "diet" I haven't gotten into....

Mildly out of shape ex-footballer. Was getting up there in weight. Saw that Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead doc. Been doing some reading since and I'm about to try this. I just got one question that kinda scares me though... Is it true you can get bad breath? I ain't tryna lose 20 pounds only to have my mouth smelling :to:.

Just get a juicer and start throwing fruits and veggies in there. youll find something you like eventually. But I usually throw spinach carrots and apples in. they are cheap and have a lot of what you need. Get ready to shyt though cause your body will react to the foreign substance.

100 pounds overweight, loaded up on steroids and suffering from a debilitating autoimmune disease, Joe Cross is at the end of his rope and the end of his hope. In the mirror he saw a 310lb man whose gut was bigger than a beach ball and a path laid out before him that wouldn't end well- with one foot already in the grave, the other wasn't far behind. FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD is an inspiring film that chronicles Joe's personal mission to regain his health. With doctors and conventional medicines unable to help long-term, Joe turns to the only option left, the body's ability to heal itself. He trades in the junk food and hits the road with juicer and generator in tow, vowing only to drink fresh fruit and vegetable juice for the next 60 days. Across 3,000 miles Joe has one goal in mind: To get off his pills and achieve a balanced lifestyle. While talking to more than 500 Americans about food, health and longevity, it's at a truck stop in Arizona where Joe meets a truck driver who suffers from the same rare condition. Phil Staples is morbidly obese weighing in at 429 lbs; a cheeseburger away from a heart-attack. As Joe is recovering his health, Phil begins his own epic journey to get well. What emerges is nothing short of amazing - an inspiring tale of healing and human connection. Part road trip, part self-help manifesto, FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD defies the traditional documentary format to present an unconventional and uplifting story of two men from different worlds who each realize that the only person who can save them is themselves.

I watched that a few weeks ago. It's a good documentary, but I can't see just drinking juice... I'ma need those blended drinks; the fiber is gonna help keep me full... in fact, when I was tossing a whole banana in my smoothie, I was feeling real backed up. Had to calm that down.

i juice daily...but not exclusively

my fave juice mix is spinach, ginger, 2 green apples, 2 large carrots, half a bulb of fennel (anise), and half or whole grapefruit

i use a breville juicer...two meals a day are juice (normally breakfast and lunch) then i have healthy snacks and a healthy dinner....snacks consist of raw nuts or dried fruits at my desk....and dinner is either turkey/veggie burgers or fish and some variety of mixed veggies

i don't beat myself up if i eat something "bad"...but my appetite for red meat and fast food and other ickies has basically died anyway so its less and less that i find myself even munching or eating on something unhealthy
