1 summer (in college) I worked at UPS as a loader in Dallas

I quit in 2 weeks




They work u like a dog

And 1 day had me trying to load 2 trucks at the same time alone


1 of the drivers popped off about me taking to long
And I went off and threatened him
And this scared nikka went and told

They came with a security guard talking bout suspending me a few days

I was like
fukk u I quit





Next job
I worked at a plant that made insecticide
And bug traps

So 1st day working
I was on the line and passed out

They sent me to the ER
Ran some test and said the chemicals did it

So they told me they had to let me go
And paid me for a month's pay


After that I balled out

Lol, just busting ur chops breh. I’m a dispatcher at ups. I deal with a lot of things there. And it’s been a year. I can say that much. It’s... been a year and a month.

Get the drivers their work, make sure they have trucks to drive, make sure their paper work/ assignments are ready by the time they arrive or within a decent amount of time, get the paper work together for contractors who are taking freight, a majority of the CDL certified brehs know about that part. And answering phones... my damn phone don’t even ring as often as it does at work.

When I first got out the Army I did loading for UPS.

Work was easy AS shyt to me coming straight out the Army. Then again I was used to slave labor coming from that. Im in shape. I would laugh at nikkas huffing and puffing:Denzelcrackinup:boy if they saw that Army motorpool.

Loved the intense labor and the people I worked with. Non PC convos and a lotta hood brehs I met for the connect on a lotta things. Met some interesting cats.

Plus there was some freaks there down for the pound out.

Now I work in an office fulla cacs, females and fakkits/beta males. Lowkey hate it.

Woooow…. Let’s see… I worked for UPS’ bald headed step child in the freight branch. I thought when I applied that I was applying for regular UPS but I rolled with it vs being in the retail pit of hell known as Carson’s (Bon Ton store & Macys only rival til they closed )

I’d say UPS def was a place I knew I had growth opportunities, and benefits. Culture at freight… I’m not sure how it differs to ground but it’s got its ups and downs. Ups was a steady schedule vs retail. We were in a union so your job is protected… culture since I was a clerk— it was like high school or like being here. Sadly at that location I was at the building was old… and the dock was shytty. As a clerk we worked in these lil rinky dink towers that didn’t have heat… umm… what else… a lot of the coworkers were mad cool. It’s more dudes than it was woman (again like here) but you gotta chill and not eat the male attention up as a new hire.

Work varied— it had peak seasons and slow seasons… fortunately for me as a clerk I didn’t get hit with layoffs. That hit the fan once I became a sup and I was protected by that. Sadly UPS didn’t want us anymore and we got sold to a new company.

If you show up on time its almost impossible to get fired.

Dusty bytch i worked with got caught stealing clothes(gucci, karl lagerfeld, saks 5th, prada) and she still got her job. They just got a security guard monitoring her while she works. It's unbelievable

worked at FedEx way back in the day when the towers got hit...loaded overnight... didn't even last two months

use to work with these crazy Cubans who talked about eating hoes all night

one chico said he like his women to taste like he put a bunch of pennies in his mouth

my girl used to work there for almost 10 years as a sales director. and even tho they were paying her good, she said they worked her like crazy to the point where she quit 2 years ago.
