Any brehs here deal with razor bumps?

I've been dealing with this shyt for 15 years. I can't ever get a clean shave. My shyt looks good for 2 days and then I get bumps all over my face. I have to keep a full beard at all times. Do anyone of yall have this issue?
Whats the solution?

I'm going to the dermatologist to get mines looked at and hopefully professionally removed.
